Job Description

Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for FriendnPal’s mobile and web platforms.

Conduct user research to understand the needs of diverse African communities and improve usability.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to enhance the user experience.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and mental health professionals to align design with user needs.

Test and refine designs based on user feedback and behavior analytics.

Ensure accessibility and inclusivity in all design elements, considering users from different cultural backgrounds.

Who You Are
A creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer with experience in web and mobile app design.

Proficient in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Passionate about mental health advocacy and creating inclusive digital experiences.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and designing for diverse, multilingual audiences is a plus.
