Seeking an enthusiastic salesperson to head our marketing efforts. A basic salary and commission will be offered for this position.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to understand consumer requirements, habits, and trends. Brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns. Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities, demonstrating expertise in various areas such as content development, optimization, advertising. Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (e.g., social media, email, cold calling). Analyse marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to shape future marketing strategies.
Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as a marketing specialist in a similar role. Thorough understanding of marketing elements, including traditional and digital marketing. Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools. Solid computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, marketing software, and applications. Excellent grasp of the Afrikaans and English language, written and spoken. Driver's license and own vehicle essential.
