Minimum Qualification: National Diploma in Human
Resources or equivalent
Related Minimum Experience: 2 years recruitment

Duties:
1. Ensure request received from lines are verified against
the operational structure and approved by the delegated
authority.
2. Ensure that proper and applicable job profiles are in
place before commencing with the recruitment process.
3. Ensure that the correct advert in relation to the profile
is approved and advertised, with assistance from the
Recruitment Admin.
4. Monitor closing dates for adverts and ensure adherence
to the Service Level.
5. Ensure efficient recruitment process and achievement
of targets, update the recruitment tracker with the relevant
team leader and resolve all recruitment related queries.
6. Maintain strong governance over the recruitment
process and activities.
7. Attend to issues related to the service delivery of area
of control.
8. Provide weekly reports/ monthly reports regarding area of Control
9. Ensure achievement of turnaround time.
10. Ensure compliance to section 14 of the occupational
Health and
Safety act of 85 of 1993 and your duties as an
employee.
