Job Description
Deliver high-quality, professional palliative nursing care to patients in need.
Coordinate care pathways to ensure effective and seamless continuity of care.
Uphold and promote strong clinical governance standards.
Assist in the monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of care services.
Foster effective communication and collaboration within the multidisciplinary team.
Minimum Requirements:
Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
Palliative care training or experience will be an advantage.
A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
