Job Description

Our client in the Milling industry is looking for a Feed Team Leader, this is a junior position. They specialize in milling products as well as Animal feeds and soya. Candidate will monitor a team of staff involved in various feed productions.

• 1-year Supervisory experience
• 3 years’ experience working in a feed mill industry
• Afrikaans speaking
• Speaking an African language (Advantage)
• Valid forklift license
• Knowledge of feed mill machinery (Advantage)
• Good communication skills
• Good planning and organizing skills
• Must be able to achieve results and embrace change
• Teamwork and reliability are a must
