The company has a range of trackless mobile machines (TMMs) designed and manufactured locally in Boksburg, South Africa. These machines include low-profile and narrow vein loaders predominantly for smaller mining applications.

About the Role

This role is crucial in managing outbound operations, ensuring timely shipment of goods, and streamlining logistics processes within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee the distribution operations of the warehouse. Main responsibility is to ensure that all outbound shipments are picked, packed, loaded and dispatched accurately, on time and in line with the company and internal and external customers.
To ensure that dispatching information, advice and direction is available for management and that the requirements of both Head Office and the Branched are met.
To integrate quality into the business by ensuring that every customer (internal/external) contact is a demonstration of absolute dedication towards providing ideal solutions for the satisfaction of the customers’ immediate and future needs. To always implement company standards and procedures.
Manage escalated queries related to Dispatch Departments.
Ensure that the security both internally and externally (as in safeguarding of confidential company information) as in content of customers relationships and components, products is maintained at the highest level daily.

Requirements

Experience and Qualifications

Matric/Grade 12
Relevant diploma or degree in logistics
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Knowledge of mining industries and principles
Driver’s License
Advanced Computer skills (MS office)
