Junior Marketing Coordinator

Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts and help grow our brand presence. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a passion for digital marketing, and can execute campaigns that align with our business goals and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, creating, and implementing marketing campaigns
• Manage and update content on company website and social media platforms
• Design basic marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and social media graphics
• Help coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities
• Collaborate with sales and operations to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Track performance metrics of campaigns and provide regular reports
• Research industry trends and competitor activity to support content creation
• Maintain the company’s online brand presence, including responding to online enquiries or comments

Minimum Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in a marketing or admin support role
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Advantageous:
• Experience with Sage or knowledge of HR/Payroll industry
• Basic WordPress or website management experience
• Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns)
