Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Onsite and internal repairs of digital printers, vinyl cutters and engravers
Component testing and repair / replacement
Basic electrical and electronic knowledge
Sound knowledge of Windows
Familiar with CorelDraw, Photoshop and illustrator
Ability to troubleshoot communications devices
Telephonic support
General office assistance

REQUIREMENTS

Matric with some technical experience
Be able to work in a pressurised environment.
Excellent communication skills
Willing to go the extra mile
Complete tasks efficiently and in a timeous manner
Excellent technical skills
Able to diffuse delicate situations in a professional manner
Training will be provided
