Job Description

We are looking for a qualified griller that will be responsible for preparing and cooking various grilled dishes in a well established 5-star lodge. Your main duty will be to operate the grill and ensure that all grilled items are cooked to perfection while maintaining high standards of food and quality, taste, and presentation. You will work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of grilled items to customers. Additionally, you will be expected to adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
