Job Description

Position: Retail Sales Assistant
Location: V&A Waterfront, Cape Town
Salary: R 5000 – R 7000 + Commission
Scholtz Partners International is recruiting on behalf of our client in the luxury retail industry, specializing in Luxury Gifts, Homeware, Jewellery, and other premium products. We are looking for a dynamic and driven Retail Sales Assistant to join their team in Cape Town’s iconic Waterfront.

Key Requirements:
Matric Certificate
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar retail role
Proficient with POS systems
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Bilingual (English + one additional language)
Attention to detail & analytical mindset
Excellent customer service orientation
Strong administrative skills
Passionate, driven, and target-focused
Ability to upsell and close sales
