Retail Sales Assistant

We are currently seeking for experienced candidates based in Cape Town. The ideal candidate should be skilled in building and maintaining strong customer relationships and have solid market connections, particularly in direct sales with face-to-face clients.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Provide product information and recommendations to customers

Promote and sell product

Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Assist with inventory management and restocking of products

Meet sales targets and goals set by the management

Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work well in a team environment

Basic math skills for handling transactions

Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus

Must be reliable and punctual

High school diploma or equivalent
