Amharic/Arabic Speaking Call Centre Sales Agent (JB5414)
Houghton, Johannesburg
R10 000 basic + R2,000 performance-based incentives
1-Year Fixed Term Contract

Seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Sales Agent that is fluent in Amharic, Arabic and English to join the team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, administration, or call centre environments and will play a vital role in resolving customer queries, maintaining accurate records, and driving brand engagement—particularly within the informal sector.

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
1–2 years’ experience in a call centre, customer service, or administrative role
Fluency in Amharic, Arabic, and English (essential)
Experience working within or engaging the informal market (advantageous)
Strong customer service orientation
Conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Planning, prioritisation, and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Self-motivated and proactive
Brand awareness and ability to promote effectively
Strong administration skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in the informal sector to resolve queries and complaints
Record all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively
Provide timely and effective feedback to customers based on client communication
Promote and represent the brand positively in the target market
Assist in the development and maintenance of client relationships
Support daily administrative functions and ensure all records are up to date
Meet performance targets aligned with incentives
Salary:
R 10 000,00 Monthly
