Job Description

We require the services of a reliable and experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team. The responsible person will be responsible for the daily breakfast preparation. Minimum of 3 years experience in a Chef position within a 4/5* Hotel / Guest House. Polite, friendly and organised person with a strong personality that can think on their feet. Well-spoken and well-presented individual. Must be able supervise and manage the junior chefs on the breakfast shift. Must have grade 12 with a formal culinary qualification. Must be reliable and able to work independently and under pressure. Previous experience with banqueting, catering for up to 150 pax
