Construction Site Manager

Position: Construction Site Foreman
Location: Hillcrest, KwaZulu-Natal
Salary: R15,000.00 per month

As we expand, we’re looking for a hands-on, experienced construction site foreman to lead the charge on-site and ensure our projects are delivered with precision, passion, and professionalism.
We are looking for a reliable and experienced construction site foreman to oversee and carry out maintenance, renovation, and building of several properties in the Hillcrest and Kloof areas. The ideal candidate will manage a team of subcontractors and casual workers to ensure that buildings and gardens are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across multiple properties.
Ensure that buildings, gardens, and infrastructure are consistently well maintained.
Lead and manage a team of workers, providing direction and support as needed.
Oversee construction and renovation projects from planning to completion, including budgeting, resource management, and execution.
Track project progress, monitor milestones, and address any issues or delays.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (essential)
Fluent in English; proficiency in Zulu and/or Afrikaans is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Reliable, honest, and of sober habits
Proven track record with traceable references
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and construction software
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 17:30
Saturdays: 08:00 – 13:00
