Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a forward-thinking, strategic, and experienced Strategic Brand & Marketing Manager to join their leadership team. This senior role is ideal for a visionary marketing professional who excels in brand strategy, integrated communications, stakeholder engagement, data analytics, and high-impact project leadership.
Purpose of the Role:
To lead the strategic development and implementation of brand, marketing, and communications initiatives across the organisation, ensuring alignment with the broader vision, commercial objectives, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Strategic Responsibilities:
• Actively shape and drive companywide strategic objectives as a core senior management team member.
• Develop and implement long-term brand and marketing strategies
• Elevate the brand and affiliated entities through unified messaging, place branding, and value-driven narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Build and sustain strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including media, partners, sponsors, and property owners.
• Spearhead a data-led approach to marketing—using analytics, feedback, and market insights to inform decision-making, improve ROI, and refine audience targeting.
• Lead the marketing team in creating integrated campaigns that blend content, digital platforms, events, and PR into a cohesive strategy.
• Oversee the design and delivery of flagship community events
• Identify and secure strategic sponsorships and partnerships that extend brand reach and align with precinct priorities.
• Lead the planning and delivery of special projects.
• Guide the development and evolution of digital assets, including CRM, CMS, and social media, to ensure consistent messaging and audience engagement.
• Oversee the editorial direction and production of signature publications
• Ensure fiscal discipline by planning, managing, and reporting marketing and events budgets.
• Act as a brand custodian, ensuring consistency and integrity across all touchpoints and communications.

Qualifications and Experience:
• A relevant tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or business strategy.
• A minimum of 7 years of strategic marketing experience, including team leadership and campaign oversight.
• Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies in a precinct, tourism, municipal, or mixed-use development context is advantageous
