Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Consultant to join our IT team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who can handle complex IT issues, lead support operations, and mentor junior staff.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining system stability, resolving escalated technical problems, and contributing to the maintaining of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Handle escalated support tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Perform system administration tasks, including user account management, access control, and software deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network performance, connectivity, and configuration issues.
- Work closely with IT teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend system improvements to existing systems.

Requirements:
- Valid Code 8 driver’s license and own vehicle (essential)
- At least 2 years’ experience in IT Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Proven expertise in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCSE) will be an advantage.
