Job Description
Our Client in in Paarl is looking to hire an Internal Floor sales Consultant, you
will join our team and drive company growth through effective sales strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong, long-lasting
customer relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, and
generating revenue through inside sales activities.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively seek new business opportunities within assigned territories
through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing
exceptional customer service and following up on leads in a timely
manner.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to
effectively communicate value propositions to potential customers.
• Use CRM software to document and track sales progress and customer
interactions.
• Collaborate with other members of the sales team to identify and share
best practices.
• Continuously seek ways to improve sales performance and increase
efficiency.
Requirements:
• Grade 12 and relevant field experience preferred.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an inside sales capacity.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced,
target- driven environment.
• Highly motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
• Knowledge of sales processes and sales techniques in retail.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate varying time
zones and customer availability
