Internal Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handling inbound inquiries, making outbound calls, and following up on leads.
Sales Process Management: Processing quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Product Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on product features, benefits, and pricing.
Relationship Building: Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients and building rapport with potential customers.
Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding established sales goals and objectives.
Sales Administration: Managing customer databases, preparing sales reports, and providing sales support to the broader team.
Problem-Solving: Addressing customer concerns and finding solutions to sales-related issues.
Team Collaboration: Working closely with other sales team members and potentially with a telesales team.

Skills & Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and colleagues.
Sales Skills: Proven sales experience, including the ability to identify needs, present solutions, and close deals.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using sales software, Microsoft Word, excel, Outlook
Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve sales-related problems.
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Power Tools as well as well Hardware accessories. Must have worked in the Hardware industry (ex. Mica etc)or services being sold.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing situations and embrace new challenges.
Minimum Matric/Equivalent: A matric or equivalent qualification is required.
Sales Experience: 2Years and more internal sales experience is a requirement
