An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join a dynamic team in the Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Door-to-Door and Area-Based Canvassing in long-term insurance.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Actively engage in door-to-door sales
• Lead Generation – Use customer referrals and wit to identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Identify neighborhoods that align with our target customer profile
• Provide regular market insights including feedback on competitor offerings, pricing and customer preferences
• Achieve Sales Targets
Key Competencies:
• Killer Closing skills - you don't take "NO" personally!
• Target-driven with a passion for sales
• Resilient, self-motivated and disciplined
• Work well without supervision
Desired Experience & Qualification
• Matric
• Door-to-door sales experience - REQUIRED
• Proven experience in the use of demographics to identify areas with high sales potential
• Basic understanding of funeral insurance products
Package & Remuneration
• Basic Salary: R3000 per month
• Commission: Uncapped commission based on individual sales performance
