Job Description
Company: Crackerjack Hire Limited
Location: Work from Home (South Africa Only). A member of our IT team will visit
your residence to evaluate your IT set up and suitability.
Type: 12 Month Contract
Contract Amount: R102,000 per annum
Contract Start Date: As Soon As Possible

Interview Process
Selected contractors will go through a structured 3-round process:
1. Initial Screening Call – A brief conversation to get to know you and assess basic fit.
2. Competency-Based – A deeper dive into your experience, communication skills,
and potential.
3. Final + Task Assessment – You’ll be asked to complete a practical sales-related
task. This round may involve senior leadership.
4. Reference checks will be conducted as part of the final stage, prior to any
contractual engagement.

Role Overview
We’re seeking a junior Contractor in sales to drive platform growth by identifying, contacting,
and onboarding new clients. This contract role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with
strong communication skills, a passion for people, and the desire to grow with a vibrant
startup environment.
This is a remote contractor position, and you’ll work from home with full support from our
team.
Key Responsibilities
 Proactively contact and onboard new clients to the Crackerjack platform.
 Generate leads and build a pipeline using outbound methods such as calls, emails,
social media, and online research.
 Present the platform clearly and persuasively to prospects.
 Manage client queries and provide onboarding support.
 Track and maintain records of all sales interactions.

 Collaborate with internal teams to relay user feedback and improve the customer
journey.
 Achieve weekly and monthly signup and conversion targets.
Requirements
 Must reside in South Africa with legal right to work.
 A personal computer (desktop or laptop) in good working and reliable condition.
 Reliable high-speed internet connection.
 Inverter or backup power supply to ensure uninterrupted work during load-
shedding.
 Fluent in English (spoken and written).
 Fluency in Afrikaans (spoken and written) is an advantage but not essential.
 Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule from home.
