Job Description
Minimum ten years’ experience as either a lead assembler or factory foreman is required.
Will need to have the following attributes.
• Punctual

• Able to meet deadlines
• Able to work competently under pressure
• Will need people skills
• Motivated
Duties will include
• Quality control
• Managing the flow between cutters, machinists, assemblers, glass cutters and glaziers
• Making sure trucks are loaded correctly for deliveries to site
• Picking hardware for assemblers from stores
• Ensuring assemblers are constantly fed to achieve optimum productivity
Will be the link between the factory staff and factory manager
