Job Description
Position: Junior Sales Representative
Location: Klerksdorp
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager
Salary Offered: Basic: R10 000.00 -R15 000.00 depending on experience plus FH benefits (medical aid, pension, group life, funeral cover and a target based quarterly incentive)
Main Purpose of the Job
To present and sell the company’s products and services to existing and potential clients, meeting or exceeding budget requirements.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
• Relevant business qualification or degree – Advantageous
• 1-2 years’ sales experience (any industry; FMCG preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License – Essential
• Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
• Planning fortnightly sales call schedules
• Understanding and applying customer classifications
• Growing market share across all product categories
• Building product and industry knowledge
• Supporting and executing promotional activities
• Building strong client relationships
• Submitting weekly sales reports on time
• Proactively identifying new business and market opportunities
• Managing sales administration and ad hoc duties as needed
