Job Description
Owlwork Recruitment is seeking experienced CNC Operators/Programmers to join our client’s advanced manufacturing teams in the Netherlands. This role is ideal for technical professionals with precision machining and programming expertise.
Responsibilities:
* Operating and programming CNC machines (lathes, milling, cutting, etc.)
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD/CAM programs
* Performing precision measurements and quality checks
* Conducting routine maintenance on machines
* Working within modern manufacturing and process industry environments
Requirements:
* Age: 25 – 29 (IND requirement)
* Afrikaans-speaking (for easier Dutch integration)
* Trade Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Technical field
* Proven experience in CNC operation and programming
* Single or with partner (1 child acceptable but not preferable)
* Commitment to long-term relocation
Bonus Skills: Mechanical knowledge, PLC basics, manufacturing/process industry background.
