Job Description
Efthree (Pty) Ltd is seeking for a Junior Electronic Engineer to join our team in Durban/Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electronic systems, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards, and contributing to innovative engineering solutions.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
2 - 3 years of proven working experience in electronic engineering or a related industry
Proficiency in CAD/EDA tools (Altium Designer or OrCAD)
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and test electronic circuits, systems, and components
Conduct fault-finding, maintenance, and improvements on existing electronic systems
Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and specifications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
Support project planning, budgeting, and implementation
Research and apply new technologies to improve product performance
Skills:
Strong knowledge of circuit design, PCB layout, and embedded systems
Solid understanding of microcontrollers, sensors, and communication protocols
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Project management and leadership skills
