Job Description

ABOUT THE JOB
• This position is responsible for overseeing, planning and managing the wholesale business portfolio (Roaming, Interconnect, A2p) including development, pricing, customer’s experience, product lifecycle management, growing customers base and revenue while maintaining the profitability of the business.
• To define the departments mid term divisional and group strategy, within the limits set by EXCO.
• To design a functional business plan for the department, setting clear measurable
goals to achieve the objectives of the division.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee and own the performance and P&L of the wholesale business portfolio and responsible for ensuring that the overall portfolio achieves its financial objectives.
• Work in collaboration with the international wholesale teams to formulate and execute strategy to acquire new business in order to lead the division into sustainable future through offering quality service and building profitable revenue delivery.
• Direct and define the strategy and roadmap for each area of the business, including the product vision and lifecycle, to align it to company’s business objectives and goals.
• Drive the development and delivery of effective and comprehensive marketing plans to ensure that it competes successfully in a highly competitive market.
• Manage the prioritization of products and product functionalities, lead and review the development of functional specifications across all products holistically for an effective rollout.
• Drive the enhancement of customers’ roaming experience to the next level through systematic analysis of the customers end-to-end journey to defend against churn to competitors.
• Derive insights from Consumer, SME & Enterprise Traveler segments to understand how to drive consideration, usage and differentiation of roaming services.

• Evaluate market trends and technological developments (e.g. VoLTE Roaming, VoWiFi Calling, 5G) to identify business opportunities and unique value propositions to deliver revenue effectively within the desired cost targets.
• Work closely with Business owners (e.g. Postpaid/Prepaid/SME/Enterprise) to co-develop holistic value proposition and enhance the customer experience/journey for those segments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant degree to display requisite business, commercial and financial acumen
MBL or MBA Highly preferable

EXPERIENCE

• 12+ years’ experience at Senior Manager / Executive level
• 12 years’ experience in selection, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale systems.
• International experience with Asian and CIS markets
• Telco Product Development / Product Management experience required
• Experience presenting and negotiating at senior executive level
• A successful track record of exceeding goals and expectations
• Ability to effectively manage business relationships and individuals across all functions
• Experience negotiating multiparty commercial agreements required
• Strong Executive presence and third-party relationship management skills;
