Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide personal assistance to the Directors.
• Act as a point of contact between the Directors and internal / external clients.
• Handle basic operational communication on behalf of directors.
• Schedule meetings, manage diaries and appointments, daily activities, and more.
• Executive administration.
• Assist with reports, presentations, and other business tasks.
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
• Communicate to various projects on behalf of directors.
• Minute taking of executive meetings and maintain executive filing.

• Valid driver’s licence
