Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of client benefits and liaising with the Regulatory Authority, clients and providers to ensure that the customer is receiving all benefits that they are entitled to. The Administrator will be responsible for reviewing benefits, collating information and requesting further information.

Qualifications:
BCom (Accounting) Degree.
At least 2-3 years’ experience in the relevant field.
BSC/BA degrees and/or Financial Planning or Financial Advising background also acceptable.
The ability to create a positive, everlasting impression with the most professional, courteous and expedient manner and to continually strive for superior client service.
Proactive, punctual and reliable.
Ability to prioritise and organise own workload.
Very good command of the English language in both written and verbal.
Excellent phone etiquette.
Goal-driven.
Attention to detail.
Salary:
R 8 500,00 Monthly
