General worker - manufacturing

Duties & Responsibilities
• Manufacture, assemble and test parts (to Tadhole specs)
• Maintain and repair Tadhole carts
Desired Experience and Qualification
• Matric (> 60% in Maths Literacy or 50% in Maths)
• Good written and verbal skills in English
• Good problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Understand and apply company standards and values
• Ability to
o safely operate manufacturing equipment
o convert detailed manufacturing drawings into parts
o perform basic mathematical calculations
o independently perform multiple tasks as per instruction
• Essential experience:
o manufacture, maintain and assemble Tadhole carts
o identify failure modes and corrective action on Tadhole carts
o implement quality management and health and safety principles
o implement good housekeeping practices
• Code 8 or higher license preferred (own transport an advantage)
Employment: Temporary contract with a 2 week notice
Hours: 08:00 to 17:00 with 30 minute lunch
Salary: R28.50 p/h (3 days per week)
