Greek Speaking Language Customer Sales & Service Representative

We are currently recruiting for South African ID holders or Permanent Resident Permit candidates who are Fluent in Native Greek language to work for a prestigious airline brand.
Job Description in brief:-
*You will be given paid training on products and systems
*Assist passengers with pre and post flight departure travel-related queries in both Greek and English languages
*Work on airline reservations platforms and handle outbound voice calls, written correspondence and other multi media channels
*Daily interactions with international passengers relating to queries and compliments [verbal and written]
*Work within Key Performance Indicators [KPIs] and meet the expected client service levels

Your requirements:
*Native level of fluency in Greek Language [both Verbal and Written skills essential] - Preference given to Advanced level fluency
*Must hold a Permanent Residence permit or South African ID holders preferred
*No criminal record
*Excellent computer literacy & technical skills
*Ability to work in a demanding environment which is time-sensitive
* Rotational weekend and shift work

Opportunity exists to work from Home
* Candidate must have Fibre and UPS backup power for periods of load-shedding [Company assistance with UPS purchase possible]
* Permanent contract of 40 hours per week [8 hours p/day]
* Part time work may be considered - minimum of 20 hours per week
*Training will be provided [fully paid] - 4 weeks [conducted remotely via Teams/Zoom]
* Probation period of 4 months
