Job Description
Salary: R16 000 – R23 000 (CTC) p/m - Neg on exp (Incl. medical & provident fund)

Educational requirements
• Completed matric
• Suitable IT qualification
• A+ and N+ required
• Microsoft MCSE 2003 / 2022 required
• Microsoft Office 365 & Microsoft Operating System knowledge required
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) required
• Windows 2003/2022 required
Skills and experience required
• Suitable degree or diploma (Management/ Marketing).
• 5 - 8 Years’ experience in similar position
• Experience to liaise with various parties to troubleshoot efficiently
• Experience in providing support to various employees/stakeholders simultaneously
• Ability to make sound decisions, take action & apply corrective measures
Duties
• Deliver required hardware service levels according to company policies
• Respond to helpdesk calls regarding hardware problems
• Liaise with Helpdesk to ensure calls are closed within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines
• Track & document all support calls Helpdesk’s knowledge base
• Provide direct support to Executive level employees
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting (open calls, current projects, risk identification, system performance)
• Ensure databases are optimized & work with end users to deliver required PC service levels
• Provide training & support to end users & staff on computer operations
• Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor & troubleshoot end-user workstation hardware, devices & networking products
• Monitor & test PC performance & provide statistics and reports
• Document hardware failures, repairs, installations & removals
• Install, & test configurations based on various platforms & operating systems
• Conduct research on products for PC procurement & development/ Recommend suitable products for purchase
• Maintain inventory of monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners & other peripheral equipment
• Attend training sessions during & after working hour on request
