Intern Tracker Technician

We are seeking for an experienced technician who loves to work autonomously in a diverse company. Successful candidates will be installing Matrix tracker unit, The company service a large number of customers and need someone who can work quickly and effectively to troubleshoot on site. The office is based in Randburg, Gauteng.

Minimum Requirements
• At least 2 years’ experience.
• Must be a qualified in Beame and Consumer.
• Willing to travel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Candidates must be punctual and must be able to work under pressure.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Car owner will be conceded first.

Duties
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Travelling to clients assist with fitments in time.
• Problem solving and customer support.
• Liaising telephonically with clients.
• Resolving client’s issues regarding setup of the app.
• Explain the features of all consumer product to clients in need.
• Installation and maintenance of vehicle devices.
