Job Description
We need an Office Admin at our head office and manufacturing plant.
The head office is just outside Brits on Thabazimbi Road.
Location and access will be given after an interview is established.
Duties
Office administration duties.
Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and delivering world-class service to our customers.
Coordinating appointments and meetings
Data capturing.
Handling of Insurance claims.
Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
Assist Director.
Skills
Minimum five years of experience in office administration
Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Must be trustworthy and reliable, with extraordinary attention to detail.
Must have sober habits.
MUST HAVE A DRIVER’S LICENSE.
Must have 5+ years of experience in an Office-related position.
