Job Description

Our company assists clients with SARS and Customs compliance. We required someone who will assist with branch visits at the Alberton SARS branch. The successful candidate must have strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Collate and check supporting documentation for various applications.
• Final preparation of applications for submission.
• Visit SARS Alberton branch 3-5 times a week to submit applications and/or follow up on applications.
• Receive and send documents via the company courier
• Keep track of dates of submission and waybill numbers
• Provide daily feedback to the office.
• Be available on phone during office hours.
• Friendly communication with SARS staff at the branch

Skills and qualifications:
• Proficient computer skills including spreadsheets and word documents
• Able to work independently.
• Neat, organised and attentive to detail.
• Ability and willingness to learn.
