Job Description
Completed Trade Test as a Spray Painter would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 10 year’s experience as a Qualified Panel Beater of which at least 3 years at an Accredited Panel Beater
Minimum of 3 year’s experience as Panel Beater and Spray Paint Workshop Manager.
Motivated, Strong leadership skills, good business acumen and financial skills.
Must be professional and have good customer service and communication skills
Must be Highly experienced in all process of a Panel Beating / Spray Painting Workshop
Deadline driven and able to meet targets set out by management and handle pressure.
Knowledge of Auto-body workshop full Processes, Panel Beating / Spray Painting, workflow from beginning to end. (from quotation through to final invoicing and payment collection)
Stock Control
Must have experience in staff management, and taking disciplinary action when required
Must have knowledge of Labour Relations Act, OHS Act and RMA

- R 45 000,00 Monthly
