Job Description
2. Handyman skills (basic Electrical / plumbing / general building)
3. Basic computer skills (emails / Microsoft Word / Excel)
4. Good communication skills (staff/residents/trustees/managing agents)
5. Ability to manager small complement of staff
6. Proper record keeping
Previous experience preferred but not essential.
Salary negotiable, and package includes accommodation / parking / lights and water
