Human Resource Officer

MAIN JOB PURPOSE To manage and coordinate all the functions associated with Human Resources in terms of providing an environment in which employees’ socio-economic factors that impact the quality of life are minimized and resolved for employees to derive work satisfaction. Also to provide strategic input to management.

Education and Background Requirements:
• Qualification in Human Resources Management
• SAGE VIP PAYROLL
• Microsoft Office
• At least ten (10) years experience in Human Resource Management positions.
• Experience and understanding of the Private Security Industry would be an advantage.
• Extensive understanding of HR statutory guidelines and regulations

Remuneration: Market related
