Job Description
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Attending to customer queries/complaints
• Providing all relevant reports to relevant departments/HQ
• Admin
• Motivating/disciplining of staff
• Receiving, checking and capturing stock
• Maintaining established merchandising standards, including window, sales floor and promotional displays
• Cash management
• Stock loss prevention, store counts and conducting stock takes
Salary R8000 - R11 000 plus commission.
