Product Manager

Help develop and implement product vision and strategy in allignment with company objectives
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identifying product gaps and generating ideas to enhance market share and drive growth
Regularly meet with customer -facing teams to gather and analyse user feedback, shaping new products ideas and requirements
Create buy in for the product vision internally and externally , fostering strong relationships with key stake holders
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies to maximise profitability
Evaluate promotional plan to ensure allighment with product line strategy and effective messaging
Translate customer needs into product functionalities , working closely with development teams
Collaborate with leadership teams to plan the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
Convert ideas into prototypes and demonstrate them to key stake holders
Stay informed about market trends and competitors to identiify opportunities and threats
Lead market analysis and strategy development , including point-of sale strategies and customer facing market initiatives
Engaging with factories to ensure product quality, pricing optimization, and growth
Lead and manage a team of product developers to execute on the product roadmap and achieve strategic objectives
