Job Description

Job Opportunity: Financial Clerk

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and financial accuracy? We’re seeking a Financial Clerk to join our team in Durbanville. If you meet the following requirements, we’d love to hear from you:

Requirements:

Experience: 2 to 3 years in an accounting-focused role.
Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Xero, Sage Payroll, and Dext.
Responsibility: High sense of responsibility and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent communication skills.
Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Accuracy: Transparency and accuracy when recording/capturing information.
Transport: Must have reliable transport to and from the workplace.
Duties (not limited to):

Accurate processing of supplier invoices using Dext.
Preparing supplier accounts for payments and supplier reconciliation on Dext & Xero.
Completing bank reconciliations on Xero.
Liaising with suppliers and service providers to gather necessary information for processing.
Active participation in day-to-day operational activities within the admin, finance, and hotel departments.
Processing all leave forms on Sage and preparing summaries for the HR Manager.
Handling casual workers’ payslips and ensuring timely payment.
Managing petty cash efficiently.
Salary:
13.000,00 ZAR Monthly
