Junior Sales Representative

We are looking for a proactive and results driven Junior Inbound and Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You will need to be committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for working leads, closing sales, managing inbound and outbound inquiries, and reaching out to potential customers to drive sales and revenue.

Requirements:
• Certificate/Diploma in Marketing or sales
• Previous experience in sales/ customer service roles.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
• Customer centric approach and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Self-motivate with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work independently as well as working effectively within a team.
• Strong computer knowledge as well as excellent telephone manner
• Results-orientated
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate to the employers and customer’s needs.
