Job Description

We are urgently looking for a strong Finance Administrator to join our team in a permanent capacity.

Requirements:
Must reside within the Pretoria region
Matric
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Excellent communication skills
Tertiary qualification in Business Management/finance would be beneficial.
Minimum two years’ experience in a small business / financial setting
Good knowledge in computer skills, such as:
Microsoft Office – Outlook emails, Word, Excel

Duties include but not limited to:
Administer Debtors refunds
Record EFT deposits received
Completing debtors control sheet
Handling creditors
Follow up with delinquent accounts to collect payments.
Updating, keeping records
Daily ad hoc Office Administrator duties
Salary:
15.000,00 ZAR Monthly
