We are currently looking for a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator who will be responsible for managing our purchase orders and invoices. As a sales administrator, your main tasks will include verifying customer information, issuing invoices, relaying order instructions, and completing monthly sales reports. Additionally, you may also be required to process timesheets.

To excel in this role, it is essential for sales administrators to have previous experience in a sales environment and possess advanced administrative skills. Outstanding sales administrators understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure that sales targets are met.

Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator:

1. Receiving and processing purchase orders.
2. Issuing sales transaction invoices.
3. Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
4. Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
5. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
6. Compiling monthly sales reports.
7. Expediting orders through internal liaison.
8. Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.
9. Identifying new products to add to our offerings.
10. Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

Requirements for a Sales Administrator:

1. Matric (Nonnegotiable)
2. A certificate on business administration or a similar field is preferred.
3. Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role.
4. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
5. Experience with industry software such as Evolution/CRM.
6. Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
7. Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
8. Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. Strong Mathematics skills
11. Must reside in the city of Ekurhuleni (East Rand)
12. Own transportation (Not shared transport)
Salary:
12.000,00 ZAR Monthly
