Marketing Officer

1. To assist in the implementation of trade promotion, export facilitation and cross-border investment programmes to promote Malaysian products and services to South Africa and other neighbouring countries.
2. To assist in preparing market and trade information/ report timely with reliable information.
3. To assist in monitoring the implementation status of Malaysian projects in South Africa and other neighbouring countries.
4. To assist MATRADE and Malaysia in developing and strengthening trade relationships with local stakeholders and global.
5. To assist in conducting business matching between Malaysian exporters and foreign buyers to promote Malaysian products and services in the international markets.
6. To assist in answering trade enquiries/complaints and other general enquiries timely with reliable information.
7. To assist in disseminating trade leads to Malaysian exporters.
8. To prepare inputs for speeches related to formal promotional visits and programmes and other inputs related to the market, and
9. Other tasks related to promotion and marketing that are needed from time to time.
