Key Individual

We are looking for a Key Individual for a Category 1, subcategory 1.3 (Derivative Instruments) for a FSP. The candidate must have the ability, capacity and required decision making powers to actively and effectively manage or oversee the activities of the FSP relating to the rendering of financial services; furthermore, the candidate must hold the appropriate qualifications and experience for the abovementioned product.

Qualifications: The candidate (Key Individual) must hold appropriate qualifications relevant to derivative instruments and financial services.
Experience: Experience in derivative instruments and financial services is non-negotiable. The Key Individual must have a solid understanding of the derivatives market, including different types of derivatives, risk management strategies, and regulatory requirements.
Decision-Making Skills: The Key Individual must possess strong decision-making abilities to effectively manage and oversee the activities of the FSP related to derivative instruments.
Track Record: The Key Individual should have a proven track record of success in managing or overseeing derivative trading activities within a financial services environment.
Continuing Professional Development: The Key Individual must be committed to continuous learning and development in the field of derivative instruments and financial services and hold the required CPD hours.
