Social Auxiliary Worker - Prevention and Early Intervention Progr

Cape Town Multi Service Centre (CTMSC) based in Salt River seeks to appoint a Community Social Auxiliary Worker with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
The Social Auxiliary Worker will be rendering service within the Prevention and Early Intervention programmes within the community of Elsies River and surrounding areas. The social auxiliary worker will assist the social worker to facilitate life skills programmes to primary school learners, holiday programmes as well as parenting skills programmes to their parents/guardians and the broader community.

Requirements:
• SAW qualification.
• Professional registration with the SACSSP and proof of payment for 2024
• Police clearance
• The successful candidate must have group and individual engagement skills,
• Computer literacy
• Proficiency in Afrikaans and English
• Valid driver`s license. Own vehicle advantageous.
• Able to work well within a team,
• Strong organizational and administrative skills; excellent reporting skills and available to start immediately.
