Job Description

Role Description

This is an roving 3 contract (With an option to renew) role for a Desktop Support Technician at Disruptive IT. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and computer repair services for desktop computers and printers. They will also be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the company's computer systems.

Salary: R15 000 P/M

Applicants must have a reliable car and valid drivers license.

Qualifications

Experience in desktop computer support, printer support, and troubleshooting
Knowledge of computer repair techniques
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Technical certifications in relevant areas (e.g., CompTIA A+ and N+)
Experience with network troubleshooting and administration
Knowledge of ITIL frameworks
