About Company
At Inala Money Group, we aim to change the face of debt counselling in South Africa and making a
difference like no other. To achieve our goal, we need an individual who is looking to gain
experience in the debt field and ready for a new challenge especially in our current climate
working remotely.

The role
We require a dynamic Team Leader with proven experience to lead and manage a team of Sales
Agent and Pre-qualifying Agents. The goal is to create an "A" team. This position entails directing
and managing all aspects of Sales Agents. This position is for a target orientated individual who is
energetic, ambitious and LOVES SALES.

Inala Money Group Team Leaders, along with any member of our leadership team are expected to
lead from the front and to lead by example. We promote active presence on the floor, which means
less sitting behind a desk, working on reports and admin and more side by side coaching and
walking the floor. We also expect that our team leaders know their agents well and are tuned into
what’s going on in their personal lives that might affect their work life, also understanding that a
large portion of their lives are spent at work, making Inala Money Group a key part of their overall
fulfilment as human beings.

Responsibilities and Duties
● Managing and motivating a team of Sales Agents/Pre-qualifying Agents
● Optimizing sales and conversions
● Managing agent compliance in line with best industry practice
● Meet team efficiency targets as per KPA requirements for the company
● Identify training needs and ensure adequate training and coaching is provided

Skills that are advantageous
● A minimum of 2 years proven sales experience
● 2-5 years in the Debt Review industry / Financial sector
● A minimum of 2 years proven experience in lead generating
● Experience in strategic sales planning
● Intermediate Excel skills (preferred)
● Ability and drive to work in a highly pressured sales environment
● Ability to be agile and take initiative

Qualifications
● Matric (Essential)
● Diploma/Degree (advantageous)
