Job Description

3.1 Purpose of the Job:
a) Conduct Routine and non Routine Inspections in the Sector
b) Ensure Compliance with Main Collective Agreements
c) Investigate complaints, do assessments and enforce legislation.
3.2 Key Performance Areas:
a) Must have good understanding of LRA, BCEA and main Collective Agreements
b) Be familiar with CCMA Rules
c) Plan and conduct routine inspections in the sector.
d) Assist in schedulling commissioners, conduct conciliations and arbitrations to enforce non compliance.
e) Maintain healthy relatioships with Sheriffs, Trade Union Officials Employer Organizations
f) Formulate agendas and conduct District meetings to give reports to stake holders on progress of your area.
e) Attend to general questions and all queries timeously
3.3 Requirements for the Job:
a) Education : A qualification in Labour law or LLB Degree advantageous
b) Computer Literacy
c) Must have own reliable transport ( Car and Cellphone allowances provided)
d) Fit and Proper person.
