Job Description
• Working experience in Sigma would be preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
• Troubleshooting and resolving network related issues
• Be able to liaise between IT suppliers for new store projects and revamps
• Sending daily reports and feedback to Manager / Team Leader
• Time keeping, documentation and reporting is of utmost importance.
• Ensure that all customer queries are addressed within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) stipulated period.
• Should be able to work with a Team and without supervision
• Maintain customer relationships
• Must be Punctual
• Candidate should have strong communication skills
• Be able to assist with remote support
• Must have a valid Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
