Retail Sales Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Direct communication: Face-to-face customer interaction to study different customer purchasing behaviour.

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Matric/NQF level 4
Experience: No experience needed.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Availability: Willingness to travel as needed.
